Meet Our Staff

Ryan Crandall

 

Physical Therapist/Owner

 

Ryan is a graduate of Napoleon High School, earned his Bachelor’s of Science from BGSU, and finished his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of Toledo. Ryan currently lives in Napoleon with his wife Audrey and their four boys; Adam, Charlie, Nick, Jack, and their dog Jojo. Ryan is an avid runner and traveler, and appreciates time spent at Coldwater Lake.

Kevin McCann

 

Physical Therapist/Owner

 

Kevin is a graduate of Tinora High School and The University of Findlay, where he earned his physical therapy degree and was a four year football letterman. Kevin still lives in the Tinora school district with his wife Julie and their six kids; Ava, Lawson, Landree, Allie, and twins Levi and Lyndi. Kevin is an aficionado of all things sports, enjoys spending quality time with his family, and going on camping trips.

Megan Ellerbrock

 

Physical Therapist

 

Megan graduated from Miller City – New Cleveland High School before attending The University of Findlay to complete her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree with a minor in psychology in 2013. Megan has worked in several different settings before joining our clinic, and brings with her specialty certifications in Sportsmetrics, myofascial release, and integrative dry needling. She currently resides in Glandorf with her husband Nathan and three children Nora, Nolan, and Eden. In her free time, Megan enjoys cooking, baking, and spending time outdoors with her family.

Sam Beining

 

 Physical Therapist

 

 Sam is a graduate of Ottoville High School and The University of Findlay, where he attained his Doctorate of Physical Therapy with a minor in psychology. Outside of the clinic, Sam spends much of his time fishing, playing the piano, coaching pole vault, and traveling whenever he gets the chance. Sam still lives in his hometown of Ottoville with his wife April and daughter Shiloh.

Logan Bailey

 

Physical Therapist

 

Logan is a graduate of Tinora High School and The University of Findlay, where he earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy and played for the UF Oiler football team. His success as an Offensive Lineman earned him 2x All-American honors as well as Offensive Lineman of the Year. He remains a sports fanatic, particularly local high school football, and enjoys hunting and fishing in his free time. He and his wife Grayce currently reside in Defiance.

 

Kennedy Kroeckel

 

 Physical Therapist

 

 Kennedy is a graduate of Defiance High School and Trine University, where she earned her Doctorate of Physcial Therapy. Outside of the clinic, Kennedy can be found offering a helping hand coaching gymnastics. She spends much of her free time reading, staying active, and enjoying the outdoors with family and friends. Kennedy currently resides in her hometown of Defiance.

Jen Keller

 

 Physical Therapist Assistant


Jen is a graduate of Napoleon High School and Owens Community College, where she earned her Associate’s degree in Applied Sciences. When she is not treating patients, Jen can be found boating on the Maumee River or playing in her weekly billiards league. She also makes a conscious effort of getting to as many Cleveland Browns games as possible. Jen currently resides in her hometown of Napoleon.

 

Veronica Valdez


Physical Therapist Assistant


Veronica is a graduate of Holgate High School and Four County Career Center where she studied Sports Medicine and Exercise Science, and currently sits on the Advisory Board. She attained her Associate of Applied Sciences degree at the Professional Skills Institute in Maumee. She currently resides in Holgate with her mini labradoodles Samson and Georgia. Outside the clinic, Veronica serves as a volunteer firefighter. Her hobbies include cooking, kayaking/boating, going to concerts, and spending time with her friends and family.

Trevor Justus

 

Physical Therapist Assistant

 

Trevor graduated from Tinora High School and continued his education at Rhodes State College where he earned his Associate in Applied Sciences. Trevor’s passion for distance running is what led him to a special interest in endurance sports and working with athletes. Outside the clinic, Trevor enjoys staying active and spending quality time with his friends. He and his wife Karlea are residents of Ottawa.

 

Matt Leatherman

 

Billing Specialist

 

Matt is a Defiance native and joined the Air Force after graduating from Defiance High School in 1997. Matt spent a number of years stationed at RAF Lakenheath in England before returning to the US where he was stationed at Whiteman Air Force base in Missouri. He returned home in 2006 and worked 10 years with First Federal Bank before joining the DPT team. Matt now serves as our billing specialist and communicates closely with insurance companies daily. Matt still lives in Defiance with his Wife Hayley and step-son Patrick. Matt spends a majority of his free time watching sports and playing poker.

Jane Ball

 

Physical Therapy Aide

 

Jane has been a member of our team for 7 years, manning the front desk, answering phones, scheduling patients, and helping wherever she is needed. Jane lives outside of Continental with her husband Mike, and enjoys spending much of her time spoiling her granddaughters and her 2 black labs. Many of her weekends are spent detailing cars, or at the track watching her son drag race.
