Meet Our Staff


Kevin McCann


Physical Therapist / Owner


Kevin is a graduate of Tinora High School and The University of Findlay, where he earned his physical therapy degree and was a four year football letterman. Kevin still lives in the Tinora school district with his wife Julie and their six kids; Ava, Lawson, Landree, Allie, and twins Levi and Lyndi. Kevin is an aficionado of all things sports, enjoys spending quality time with his family, and going on camping trips.

Ryan Crandall

 
Physical Therapist / Owner
 
Ryan is a graduate of Napoleon High School, earned his Bachelor’s of Science from BGSU, and finished his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of Toledo. Ryan currently lives in Napoleon with his wife Audrey and their four boys; Adam, Charlie, Nick, Jack, and their dog Jojo. Ryan is an avid runner and traveler, and appreciates time spent at Coldwater Lake.

 

 

Megan Drewes

 
Physical Therapist
 
Megan is a graduate of Defiance High School and the University of Toledo, where she was a member of the UT women’s cross country and track teams. Megan’s career as an athlete has led to her special interest in sports medicine and return to run training. Outside of the clinic, Megan still enjoys staying active in endurance sports through running and biking. She also spends time hiking and baking, and enjoys a good cup of coffee. Megan still lives in her hometown of Defiance with her husband Andrew.
 

Kennedy Kroeckel

 
Physical Therapist
 
Kennedy is a graduate of Defiance High School and Trine University, where she earned her Doctorate of Physcial Therapy. Outside of the clinic, Kennedy can be found offering a helping hand coaching gymnastics. She spends much of her free time reading, staying active, and enjoying the outdoors with family and friends. Kennedy currently resides in her hometown of Defiance.

 

 

Sara Dishong 


Physical Therapist
 
 Sara is an alumni of Patrick Henry High School and The University of Findlay. Sara’s PT specialties and interests include dry needling training, treating orthopedic conditions, and LSVT BIG training for patients with Parkinson’s. Sara resides in Hamler with her husband Mike and 3 daughters Elliana, Isla, and Amelia. She enjoys watching her daughters play volleyball and getting away to the lake for family time. They also love their family pets, especially their two Great Danes and their Golden Doodle. 

Laura Weiland

 
Physical Therapy Assistant
 
Laura is a graduate of Ayersville High School and Owens Community College where she received her Associate’s degree in Applied Sciences. Laura’s special PT interests include pelvic health as well as her certification in LSVT BIG therapy for Parkinson’s patients. She also provides us with extensive experience treating a variety of orthopedic conditions. Outside of the clinic, Laura enjoys spending time with her loved ones, getting outdoors, and spoiling her pup, Bo. Laura currently resides in Napoleon with her husband Richard.

 

 

Katie Pickering

 
Physical Therapist Aide
 
 Katie is a graduate of Tinora High School and the University of Cincinnati, where she majored in Sports Administration with a minor in Business. Katie plays a key roll in our clinic, managing the front desk, fielding phone calls, scheduling patients, and pretty much helping wherever we need her. Outside of BPT, Katie stays active in her summer golf league and plays volleyball year round. In the summers, you might also find Katie helping with the lawn care at St. Mike’s church. Katie is an avid sports fan, particularly the Buckeyes, Cincinnati Bearcats, and Detroit Tigers.
